The 29th Annual Elgin Historic House Tour, sponsored by the Gifford Park Association, will be held Saturday, September 11, 2010. The tour will feature the Wing Park Neighborhood. Interiors as well as exteriors of homes will be featured. Advance tickets are $15. Day of Tour are $20. Seniors & children under 12 are $10 on the day of the tour.
