168 Commonwealth - The current owners were looking for a place to call home when they purchased this house. One of the many improvements the owners made is the installation of a stunning tin ceiling in their vintage residence.

223 McClure - is a prominent Victorian constructed in 1891, and was the home of Charles Wolff. In 1998 the current owners moved in and began repairing this aging beauty. Their eye-popping paint job is just the start of a longer-term commitment to the property.

236 Worth - was constructed in the Prairie style in 1915. It was owned for many years by one of Elgin's most prominent attorneys but it was destined to belong to the current owners.
245 Worth - built in 1923, this house underwent a major rehab in 2001. The current owners took this classic American home and updated it in a style that features the best of both eras. The modern master bath and walk in closet will knock your socks off.
250 Vincent - was built in 1899, this large Victorian has it all - space, an attached garage, two parlors, a wrap around porch, several bedrooms and dozens of other features. In

705 Highland - This landmark home boasts sixteen major rooms on three floors. Visitors will see seven fireplaces, elaborate stain glass windows, inlay floors, beautiful tile and woodwork plus the finest hardware.
774 Mill - was built in 1902, this home was well cared for when Susan Jensen acquired it in 1999. Making a good thing better she landscaped the yard and decorated the interior to create a house that is warm and cozy.
870 Mill - was constructed in 1899, and was one of the most talked about on our 2001 tour and so we just had to visit it again. It was featured in the 1987 book "Daughters of Painted Ladies: America's Resplendent Victorians."
953 Highland -is a very livable Victorian homes built in 1890, and part of building boom on Elgin's far west side of that era.
